I saw a photo of you and got tears in my eyes, it pain´s me that I never got or get to meet you.

I think of my dad, his brothers and sisters and their children, and my grandfather, and I shed a tear for your loss.

I never got to meet you, but you are my grandmother, my son's great-grandmother and you are forever in our hearts.

I can stare blindly at your photo and wish I had known you, or had a chance to get to know you.

I think of my family day and night and hope that they know they last forever in my heart, even though we never meet. and I hope that we some day will.

I light a candle for you today grandmother, which I will do every night, when I look up into the dark night sky and see the stars, I will think of you. forever in my heart, I hope you found peace. <3
